terms of service

I accidentally deleted my old ToS so bear with me here but right now the basics are:
☞ Payment upfront, through Paypal! If you would rather pay another way (venmo, zelle, etc, please let me know and we can work something out)
☞ If the price is $50+, you can pay half upfront and half upon completion (upon request)
☞ I'll only do a full refund if I haven't started on your commission.
☞ Feel free to post your commission anywhere as long as you properly link/credit me!
☞you CANNOT use my art or any art you buy from me for any AI/NFT nonsense☞ For designs/adopts: Slight changes to the design are okay, and you can resell for the price you bought it for (you can only charge more if you have commissioned other art and therefore increased the value). pretty standard stuff
